Master of Cuisine, Chef Sergio Mei owns the art in his hands: he is able to catch the harmony among simple and apparently mismatching ingredients and treatments to obtain dishes with a unique and distinctive taste, able to recall, thanks to our products, the multi-millennia history of the Island in your palate.
Sergio Mei was born in Santadi, a small Sardinian village where also Key Essence comes from: we share the same roots and values, including the great attention towards the healthy and fine food products, key essence of Sardinia.
Chef Sergio Mei and Key Essence are now together: the Chef prepares only for us a set of Key Recipes, enriched with a Cooking Oil by Key Essence. The freshness and any details of each dish is captured by the top-notch photographer Giovanni Panarotto.
