Are your products completely made by your company?
We pride ourselves on cold-extracting – through our innovative technology set-up at our manufactory plant in Santadi (Sardinia - Italy) – the key essences of all our products from the plants really rooted and grown in Sardinia. Of course, we take advantage of our partners, not only in farming some plants, but also in bottling our oils or in completing our skin care based on the essences we produce directly on our own.
Are your products vegan?
All our products are 100% vegetarian and vegan. We proactively act to develop the plants from Sardinia, following their natural cycle, protecting and increasing their diffusion, with a particular attention to the rarest ones. We care about environmental sustainability in all our activities, which is why animal derivatives or testing are not admitted at all, nor do any of our products contain GMOs.
Why some products are out-of-stock?
It mainly depends on the cycles of the plants we process. Also Lentisk, Myrtle, Helichrysum, Wild Rosemary and so on obey the Laws of Nature and we fully respect this in our production planning and process, striving to ensure freshness to our products, reducing stocks and therefore consumption of resources.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Our team is at your full disposal for any order queries. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to sort things out. If you have any feedback – good or bad – we'd love to hear it as we are sure we can always improve ourselves thanks to our customers’ suggestions.
Can I send a gift to someone at a different address?
Yes, absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we can send your gift straight to them. Although we do not have at present the gift tick box during checkout, your dears will receive your gifts at their delivery address.
How can I track my delivery?
All orders are trackable, so you'll know when your parcel is about to arrive based on the courier systems. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.
How can I return and get a refund?
You have the right to return any products and get a refund. Please have a look at this section to get the simple instructions.
Are all due taxes included and paid with my order?
Yes, if the products are reaching any EU countries. To be checked directly by you or by the recipient if the products are leaving the EU, if any additional taxes, fees, levies or other charges on sales are charged by the destination country.
May I pay with different means other than PayPal®?
At present at our shop you can pay via PayPal® both with your personal PayPal account and directly with your credit or debit card. Take advantage of all PayPal security policies and systems. No sensitive financial details are collected at any time by our systems.
