We manually gather with great care ripe Myrtle berries and leaves from Pantaleo, the heart (39°05’31.2”N 8°48’09.8”E) of the largest Mediterranean organic reserve. Our infused oils are obtained with an outstanding cold-pressed Olive oil we produce from high-quality local suppliers. Our state-of-the-art extraction technology, with no use of solvents or additives at any time, creates this unique oil the unmistakable taste of Myrtle. Use it raw with just a few drops over rice dishes or to liven up steamed grains.
