Each one of our healthy cooking Oils is made entirely in Sardinia (Italy) with natural extracts rich of actives from the surrounding countryside. For some of our essences – the rarest ones – we work directly with local organic farmers, protecting and increasing their diffusion. For others – the most common ones – we handpick them from Pantaleo, the heart (39°05'31.2"N 8°48'09.8"E) of the largest Mediterranean organic reserve, always assuring that all our products are fully sustainable.
We combine ancient nutritional knowledge of both well and little-known plants, such as Myrtle, Lentisk and Helichrysum, with the most innovative of cold-extraction techniques.
